Privacy Policy

This page is a placeholder. A final Privacy Policy is under legal review and will replace this text before general availability. In the meantime, this document describes our current practices.

Account information you provide (name, email, password), content you upload as writing samples or campaign inputs, and standard usage telemetry (device, browser, IP address, timestamps) to keep the service reliable and secure.

To operate ProContentGenius: authenticate you, train your Voice Profile, generate content on your behalf, send transactional emails you opted into, and improve the product.

Content generation is powered by third-party AI models. Inputs you submit are sent to those providers to produce output. We do not sell your data. Refer to the providers' policies for their handling of content in transit.

Voice profiles, campaigns, and archived material remain in your account until you delete them or close the account. Backups may persist for a short window afterward for disaster recovery.

You can export or delete your content from within the app. For deletion requests that touch account-level data, email us at privacy@procontentgenius.com.

We use first-party cookies strictly for authentication and session management. No third-party advertising cookies.

We will notify you in-app before making material changes to how we handle your data.
